Beginner Cake Decorating Class
101
9-11 am $75.00
Learn to crumb coat and final a 2-layer celebration
cake with a filling and fruit of your choice, making a shell border
with a written message. We supply the cakes and all materials needed.
You will take home your creations.
Intermediate Cake Decorating Class 101
11:30-1:30pm $75.00
Refine your technique and skills in decorating
a filled 2-layer celebration cake. We will go over basic techniques
with emphasis on cake décor.
Fondant 101
2:30-4:30pm $80.00
Improve your cake decorating skills using fondant
to create a beautiful satin covering for your cake. We will also
make ribbons, roses and much more!

Pasta Class
11 - 1pm $75.00
Pasta, Pasta and more pasta. We are more than Just Cakes. Two hours of pasta making and shape creating. Finish with enjoying your pasta in 2 sauces that we will be cooking.

Spring Cookie Class
10:30 - 12:30pm $75.00
We will make the cookie dough, cut out cookies and decorate all spring designs.
